Exciting News!! The Grand Opening for Coyote Willows in Mesquite, Nevada is scheduled near the end of February 2014.
The new townhome phase is located on Haps Way and has amazing views of the mountains and golf course. The townhome models have three floorplans, the "Patio Villa" 1,360 sq. ft., the "Garden Villa" 1,690 sq. ft. and the "Grande Villa" 1,990 sq. ft.
Coyote Willows also has plans of a new Single Family model with 2,150 sq. ft., to be built within the community.
